Earlier today, Caesars Entertainment announced plans to build a zipline on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. The attraction will feature a 122 foot tall starting height, a total length of 1,080 feet, and 10 side-by-side lines that can all be sent together. The zipline will be located in the Linq Promenade, an open-air dining, retail, and entertainment district located between the Flamingo and Linq hotels. Riders have the option of two separate ways to experience the ride: a normal sitting position, or a “Superman” position, where the riders lay face-down.
Ticket prices for the ride have not been decided yet, but they will most likely be offered as single tickets, or parts of a combo package with other Las Vegas attractions, such as the High Roller. Due to the growing demand for adventure attractions in the city, the $20 million dollar investment is projected to turn a profit quite quickly.
